Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 1-2 lbs of thick cut bacon

Directions

  1. Turn on pellet grill to 275°F
  2. Lay thick-cut bacon directly on the pellet grill grates
  3. Smoke for 45 – 60 minutes, or until you reach the desired crispness.
  4. Remove from the grill and enjoy!

Note: Cook a bunch of bacon and refrigerate the leftovers. Can be easily reheated in the microwave.
