As any good family member would, we provide support, whether it is tools to help you sell product in your shop, or tools to make the relationship easier between us and you.

Energex Dealer Portal

In 2018, Energex launched an online dealer portal. No other pellet producer has provided an online platform for their dealers. In this technology era, where we track and pay bills online, we wanted to be able to provide this option to our dealers as well. Relying on paper or faxed invoices and sending checks in the mail doesn’t cut it anymore. In this portal, a dealer will be able to view historical invoices with payment status, pay invoices with ACH or credit card, view orders on hand, and create new orders! Benefits of being an Energex Dealer

Energex holds the weight of tens of thousands of consumers who rely on us to provide them heating fuel when they need it most. We shoulder that responsibility and produce at our plants year-round, even during the warm weather months. We may sit on inventory at the end of a warm winter, but we refuse to take the risk of not being able to provide fuel when you and your customers need it most. Between our two plants, we have an annual production capacity of over 250,000 tons. Dealers can count on us to provide them fuel when they need it most. Our reliability goes beyond the product quality.

The Energex Sales Team has been built with the understanding that customer service is more important than anything. Our reputation is all we have and when we make mistakes, we ALWAYS make it right. Our mistake should not be a burden on our dealers or consumers. Every dealer will have a sales representative and customer service representative to help you achieve your needs. We have a logistics team at each plant facility that works countless hours to ensure you get the best freight rates, and that orders get shipped on-time.

Energex is constantly evolving. We embrace change instead of running from it. We are always looking into new ways to evolve as a sales team and provide more tools to better interact with our dealers. Energex realizes how important communication is and we want to improve in that area. We want dealers to be reminded about seasonal price increases, plant closures, promotions, and much more. We are beginning to use Mailchimp marketing to better interact with our dealers and provide them updates as the year goes on. Our team will continue to keep in contact with our dealers over the phone, but we want to be able to get messages out faster so we still have time for those conversations.
