Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 8 jalapeños
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to 275°F.
  2. Prepare jalapeños by cutting the stem end off, cutting it down the middle, and removing the seeds.
  3. Stuff each jalapeño half with cream cheese.
  4. Take each slice of prosciutto and cut it down the middle to create two pieces.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a piece of prosciutto.
  6. When complete, place all on smoker for 1 hour.
  7. Enjoy!

Note: Can use a full piece of prosciutto if you want to.
