Prosciutto Jalapeño Bombs

- 8 jalapeños
- 1 package cream cheese
- 8 slices prosciutto
Directions
- Preheat grill to 275°F.
- Prepare jalapeños by cutting the stem end off, cutting it down the middle, and removing the seeds.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with cream cheese.
- Take each slice of prosciutto and cut it down the middle to create two pieces.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño half with a piece of prosciutto.
- When complete, place all on smoker for 1 hour.
- Enjoy!
Note: Can use a full piece of prosciutto if you want to.
