Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 8-12 lamb t-bones
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried thyme

Directions

  1. Turn on pellet grill to 350°F
  2. Vigorously rub each T-Bone with Olive oil and massage into meat and bone
  3. Add a little more than a pinch of salt to each side of the T-Bones
  4. Repeat step 3 with the rosemary and thyme
  5. Place T-Bones directly on the pellet grill
  6. Cook each side for 5-8 minutes or until internal temp has reached 140-145°F
  7. Remove from the pellet grill and let rest for 5 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
