Ol’ Hick Lamb T-Bones

- 8-12 lamb t-bones
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Dried rosemary
- Dried thyme
Directions
- Turn on pellet grill to 350°F
- Vigorously rub each T-Bone with Olive oil and massage into meat and bone
- Add a little more than a pinch of salt to each side of the T-Bones
- Repeat step 3 with the rosemary and thyme
- Place T-Bones directly on the pellet grill
- Cook each side for 5-8 minutes or until internal temp has reached 140-145°F
- Remove from the pellet grill and let rest for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
