Ingredients

  • 1 - 16oz package of thick cut bacon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Jim Beam® Bourbon

Directions

  1. Line the pellet grill with aluminum foil under the grates for easy cleanup
  2. Turn on pellet smoker to 225°F
  3. Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and Jim Beam® Bourbon in a small bowl
  4. Layout bacon on a baking sheet
  5. Brush the maple bourbon mixture on to both sides of the bacon
  6. Place bacon directly on the grill grates
  7. Smoke for 45-60 minutes, or until you’ve achieved wanted crispness
  8. Enjoy!
