Jim Beam®Tortilla Wrap Pizza
Cooking Pellet Type
Ingredients
Pizza
- Large tortilla wraps
- Basil pesto sauce
- Marinara sauce
- White sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Olive oil
- Dried basil
- Dried mint
- Jim Beam® Bourbon
Toppings
- Pepperoni, diced
- Red bell pepper, diced
- Green bell pepper, diced
- Red onion, diced
- Olive tapenade
- Capers, diced
Directions
- Turn on the pellet grill to 350°F
- Dice all of the pizza topping and mix in a large bowl.
- Place all of the toppings in a boat of aluminum foil and seal tight
- Cook the pizza toppings in the foil for 20-25 minutes
- While the toppings are cooking, prepare the sauce and pizzas.
- Mix together the basil pesto and marinara sauce
- Start by laying out 3-4 tortilla wraps and spread a thin layer of the sauce
- Add the cooked ingredients
- Cover with the sharp cheddar cheese, then sprinkle on some of the parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle a little olive oil on top followed by a spritz of Jim Beam® Bourbon.
- Place directly on the pellet grill grate or a pizza stone
- Cook until cheese is melted and crusts are browned
- Garnish with basil and mint.
- Enjoy!
