Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 5 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1 package of thin sliced bacon
  • 5 sheets of aluminum foil
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 5 Tbsp of salted butter, softened

Directions

  1. Turn on pellet grill to 350°F
  2. Rub each corn cob with a Tbsp of softened butter
  3. Add a light coating of cajun seasoning
  4. Wrap each corn cob with 3 pieces of bacon (one on each end and one in the middle)
  5. Wrap the bacon corn cob tightly in the sheet of aluminum foil
  6. Place on pellet grill for 30-35 minutes.
  7. After the initial cook, remove the cobs from the pellet grill.
  8. Reduce pellet grill temp to 275°F
  9. Remove the cobs from the aluminum foil and place directly on grill grates.
  10. Cook until bacon is cooked to desire.
  11. Remove from pellet grill and cut the cobs into thirds.

Note: If cajun isn’t your thing, substitute cajun seasoning for salt and pepper.
