Maple Bourbon Glazed Smoked Bacon
Cooking Pellet Type
Ingredients
- 1 - 16oz package of thick cut bacon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Jim Beam® Bourbon
Directions
- Line the pellet grill with aluminum foil under the grates for easy cleanup
- Turn on pellet smoker to 225°F
- Mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and Jim Beam® Bourbon in a small bowl
- Layout bacon on a baking sheet
- Brush the maple bourbon mixture on to both sides of the bacon
- Place bacon directly on the grill grates
- Smoke for 45-60 minutes, or until you’ve achieved wanted crispness
- Enjoy!
