Smoked Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is meant to be another pellet grill tip, than a full recipe! Feel free to use any of the pre-made cookie dough flavors, not just chocolate chip!

- 16 oz package of a sheet of cookie dough (like Nestle Toll House)
- Heavy duty aluminum foil or lid for large aluminum foil pan
Directions
- Turn on pellet grill to 275°F
- Break apart pre-serrated pieces of cookie dough and spread on a sheet of aluminum foil or large foil pan lid
- Put on the pellet grill and cook for 18-20 minutes, or until reached desired doneness
- Cool and enjoy!
Note: you can follow the package instructions of 350°F and cook for the instructed time on the package, but we prefer the extra smoke flavor.
